Service standards
All services are provided by LP Group Inc. in accordance with provisions of applicable laws and regulations of Canada, including, but not limited to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
Without limitation to the foregoing, LP Group Inc. does not offer or provide paid services related to finding and securing employment in Canada.
LP Group Inc. strives to meet and exceed clients' expectations in terms of professionalism and quality of service by adopting the best industry practices and making all reasonable efforts to achieve favorable outcome of any proceeding, subject to clients' willingness and ability to cooperate.
LP Group Inc. is not legally allowed to provide particular, case-specific advice unless a formal client-to-consultant relationship is established. Subject to this limitation LP Group Inc. will refrain from commenting on particulars of clients' cases without such relationship being established by means of a service agreement and/or the fact of payment being made.
Guarantee
LP Group Inc. does not provide any guarantee or assurance whatsoever as to the possible outcome of any immigration-related process, procedure or any consequence of services provided.
LP Group Inc. does not provide any guarantee about processing times of any kinds of applications and/or requests submitted on behalf of the clients to third parties, including government authorities, and can only provide a rough time estimate, if applicable.
Privacy
LP Group Inc. takes all reasonable measures to keep clients' private information strictly confidential. Without limitation to the foregoing, any client's information may be communicated further to any Canadian government body when and if such disclosure is required and/or not prohibited by law.
Payments
All payments made to LP Group Inc. on this website are final and non-refundable unless otherwise is clearly stated in writing. Credit card and PayPal payments on this website are processed by Stripe Payments Canada Ltd. and PayPal Inc. respectively. LP Group Inc. does not collect or store clients' payment information and has no control over payment transactions beyond capabilities presented to the end users by Stripe Payments Canada Ltd. and PayPal Inc.
Communication
Preferred method of communication is electronic mail. LP Group Inc. strives to respond to all received e-mail inquiries, including inquiries submitted through this website, within 3 business days; priority is given to the existing clients.
We reserve the right to disregard messages that are not signed by the senders (anonymous messages) and messages with inquiries that are irrelevant to the scope of professional competence of LP Group Inc.
Fraud prevention
If LP Group finds beyond reasonable doubt, that immigration fraud or any other kind of fraud is being or has been committed, or is being prepared, they reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to the appropriate enforcement agencies and submit evidence as required by law.
Services — Fraud check
LP Group will perform fraud check based on own experience, best practices, provisions of current Canadian immigration legislation and any information made available to them.
Personal information of customers requesting fraud check will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law or for investigative purposes.
Services — Individual NOC selection
Individual NOC selection will be done based on the information provided by the client at the time of ordering the service. This is an "one inquiry – one response" service, and it does not entitle a client to receive further advice as part of this service.
LP Group Inc. does not guarantee that the selected NOC code(s) will match the respective NOC code(s) as selected by an immigration officer.
Services — Individual assessment report
Individual immigration assessment report will be prepared based on the information provided by the client at the time of ordering the service. This is an "one inquiry – one response" service, and it does not entitle a client to receive further advice as part of this service.
Individual immigration assessment report is a compilation of materials, calculations and web links prepared for one individual, and is to be used as a guidance only. It shall not be considered a legal advice or a best possible immigration scenario.
Services — Express Entry profile/application audit
Express Entry audit will be done based on the information and/or documents provided by the client at the time of ordering the service. This is an "one inquiry – one response" service, and it does not entitle a client to receive further advice as part of this service.
Ordering an Express Entry audit does not designate LP Group Inc. and/or associated individuals as authorized representatives of a client. No changes are made by LP Group Inc. to an Express Entry profile and/or any other linked accounts during the audit.
Express Entry audit is deemed complete when a written report is provided to a client.
Services — Reference letter review
LP Group Inc. will review reference letters based on the information requested and received from the client, information contained in the reference letters and current requirements and best practices.
As a result client will receive one written analysis pointing out all found issues and possibilities for improvement of the reference letter. Service does not include drafting or editing letters of reference or other texts provided by the clients.
LP Group Inc. will not contact any third parties as part of this service. LP Group Inc. will not verify and/or confirm if factual information contained in the reference letters (including, but not limited to dates, salaries, positions, titles, names etc.) is correct and genuine; LP Group Inc. will not be responsible for credibility, truthfulness and completeness of such factual information.
This is an "one inquiry – one response" service; it does not entitle a client to request second review free of charge, or to receive further advice as part of this service.
Service is deemed complete when a written advice is provided to a client with respect to each letter of reference subject to review.
Services — Individual consulting
LP Group Inc. provide individual consulting based on current best practices and relevant experience. Booking an individual consultation does not entitle a cutomer to representation in any process or any other form of legal assistance.
Consulting sessions will conclude at the scheduled time regardless of late attendance of a customer.
Failure to attend a consulting session will void the arrangement without refund of paid fees, unless a 24-hour advance notice is provided in writing.
Services — Job-Canada premium access
LP Group Inc. offers 3-month subscription to the Job-Canada.org job search engine at a discounted price in partnership with Job-Canada.org.
Access to the job search engine is provided exclusively by Job-Canada.org. Customers purchasing subscription from LP Group Inc. at a discounted price are not entitled to any refunds and/or cancellations. All inquiries pertaining to subscription are to be addressed to site@job-canada.org
